CANchecked Boost Control (ONLY GEN 1) with sensor for MFD28 / MFD32 / MFD32S display (with license)

CANchecked Boost Control (ONLY GEN 1) for 2.8" / 3.2" display (license)
Boost Control (ONLY GEN 1) as additional function for the MFD28 / MFD32 / MFD32S Display
No standalone solution necessary anymore, boost Control (ONLY GEN 1) simply integrated.

Note: Only or GEN 1 displays!

With firmware version v3.0c we introduced the licensed feature "Boost Control", which also works with every vehicle specific boost Control (ONLY GEN 1) systems. This allows customers to Control (ONLY GEN 1) various functions, e.g. rpm and boost by gear dependent boost pressure control. A license is required to enable the function in the display. The serial number of the display is required. This can be found in the menu under "License".

Incl. 4,5 boost pressure sensor

PWM:
- Boost pressure Control (ONLY GEN 1) valve (N75)
- Water-methanol pumps
- Fan

Digital (on/off)
- Fan
- Second fuel pump
- Switching flash LED
- Etc.
Two outputs are available, whereby one can be used as PWM/digital and the other exclusively as digital.

Additional hardware: The display electronics can only switch 3.3V So you need additional hardware to convert this signal to 12V. This additional hardware is always included in the delivery. On request also with 6 bar boost pressure sensor (article number: CC22610).

Boost Control (ONLY GEN 1) functions:

Frequency: Frequency of the boost Control (ONLY GEN 1) valve (or the corresponding controlled hardware) in Hertz (ATTENTION: after this setting the display cannot be dimmed anymore!)

Port: The pin to be used for PWM (only RX or TX support PWM, others only digital (ON/OFF) (see QuickStartGuide) After changing the port, the display must be restarted.

DutyCycle1/2: PWM actuation in percent. These are two fixed switchable levels that can then be activated via widgets in the display.

Status: the Control (ONLY GEN 1) is active or completely deactivated

Invert: Some boost pressure Control (ONLY GEN 1) valves must be addressed inverted.

(100%=0%): Please test the correct value here. At 100% you cannot "blow through" any more.

DynamicDuty: Dynamic dependent RPM Control (ONLY GEN 1)

SafetyDuty: Decreases the Control (ONLY GEN 1) for five freely selectable values by a percentage. E.g. exhaust gas temperature or boost by gear-dependent.

DigOut: Switch digital output active/inactive.

Port: The pin to be used for the digital output (see QuickStartGuide).

Sensor: Sensor, which activates the output when exceeded.

Value: The value of the sensor that must be exceeded.
In the "Dynamic Duty Cycle" section you can define the actuation depending on the speed.
With the "Safety Duty Cycle" function you can set safety functions such as exhaust gas temperature, but also for optimized slip (gear-dependent), as well as with a step rotary switch via an analog input.
A digital output simply switches between HIGH and LOW - on or off. Via "Sensor" and "Value" you can define the sensor and its value, which is decisive. If this value is exceeded, the output is active. If the value falls below it, the output is deactivated.

You will receive the license code by e-mail. This is required to use a CANchecked MFD28 / MFD32 / MFD32S display! The additional hardware will be shipped as usual.
