APR Performance Carbon Fiber Hood Vent for C7 Chevrolet Corvette Z06
Higher temperatures can cause serious and costly damage to fundamental systems of a vehicle. The engine compartment, radiators, brakes, transmissions and differentials need adequate airflow for moving away surplus heat. APR Hood Vents are very effective in dampening the excess heat that accumulates within the engine bay. Processed with pre–preg carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite materials which provide excellent strength–to–weight ratio – these hood vents add both capability as well as “lightness“ where it matters.

This final step is especially important because all ductwork has been coated in UV–resistant clear coat paint
