We ship out of Indianapolis, Indiana, and most of our Midwestern and East Coast clients can expect their parts within 1-2 days. For domestic shipments, you can expect your part to arrive within one to five business days. Verus Engineering offers domestic and international shipping Monday through Friday via FedEx.
We will send you an email with a dedicated tracking number every time you place an order with us. Please note, you must use a valid email address during checkout. FedEx will communicate tracking updates directly to that email. If you haven’t seen any notifications, be sure to check your spam or junk folders.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. We ask that you return the item in its original packaging. If the item is not in its original packaging, the refund amount will be adjusted to account for repacking costs. Please note:
Return shipping is to be covered by the customer.
A 15% restocking fee and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the item hasn’t shipped, we offer a full refund minus a 4% processing fee.
There is a minimum $10 fee for changing or updating the shipping address due to the time and resources required to do so. We will make every effort to facilitate the change but we cannot guarantee it will be updated in time. Please contact us immediately with any address changes.
