Technical Features

The GTC Series wings have an aerodynamic 3D airfoil shape that provides the ideal balance of downforce. This design minimizes drag while preserving a desirable level of downforce. The aerodynamic design of these wings has been verified through Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analyses.
The GTC Series airfoils are constructed of lightweight and strong carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite materials. They feature pre-impregnated woven carbon fiber sheets that offer exceptional strength and minimal weight. The CFRP airfoils are crafted through pre-impregnated composite production methods, such as high-temperature autoclave and vacuum bagging, in high-quality aluminum billet molds.

The GTC Series airfoils are made of lightweight and sturdy carbon fiber composites. The carbon fiber airfoils are supported by 10mm 6061 billet aluminum pedestals, which are aircraft grade and have a flat black powder coat finish.

APR now provides an additional option of Stek DYNOshield Paint Protection Film for their GTC-300 & GTC-500 Wings.

Incorporating PPF can preserve the glossy appearance of your new wing. Regular use, both on and off the track, exposes your vehicle to various speeds, weather conditions, and debris that may result in damage.
Including paint protection film will prevent costly harm to the surface of your carbon fiber wing and keep its high gloss finish intact for an extended period throughout the lifespan of the wing.
