This GTC Series aerofoil has undergone intricate fabrication utilizing a three–dimensional framework and painstakingly attuned to attain the harmonious balance between downforce and drag, substantiated by generously broad computational fluid dynamics (CFD) criteria. This aerodynamic strategy provides an optimum downforce with the least drag.
The GTC Series of airfoils, which integrates Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) composites, has been greatly acclaimed for its extraordinary durability and deftly constructed lightweight composition. Highly skilled craftspeople adroitly apply sophisticated compositing processes such as high–temperature autoclave and vacuum bagging when crafting premium–grade aluminum billets molds.
The GTC Series airfoils have been crafted by combining carbon fiber composites, famed for their power and lightness, and 10mm 6061 aircraft–grade billet aluminum pedestals finished with a stylish matte black powder coating.
