Technical Features

The engineering behind this GTC Series aerofoil has been highly meticulous, with a three–dimensional framework employed in order to expertly tune the aerodynamic balance between downforce and air resistance. These specifications have been verified by extensive numerical fluid dynamics (CFD) investigations, resulting in adequately optimised downforce generation while maintaining minimal drag.
The utilization of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer Composites in the fabrication of the GTC Series of airfoils has generated much acclaim for its impressive strength–to–weight ratio. Highly experienced professionals take great care in the integration of complex compositing processes such as high–temperature autoclave and vacuum bagging when fashioning finely wrought molds of aluminum billet.

The GTC Series airfoils have been constructed by amalgamating carbon fiber composites, renowned for their capacity and delicacy, with 10mm 6061 aircraft–grade billet aluminum pedestals finished with an attractive matte black powder coating.
