Technical Features
This GTC Series aerofoil has been constructed using a 3D framework to ensure a symmetrical balance between downforce and drag. To do this, we conducted extensive studies in computational fluid dynamics (CFD). This approach allows us to achieve the desired downforce with reduced air resistance.
The GTC Series airfoils, constructed with a carbon fiber reinforced polymer composite, have been commended for their impressive sturdiness and lightness of construction. The crafting of the aluminum billet molds is accomplished by trained practitioners whose qualifications enable them to use advanced compositing methods including high–temperature autoclave and vacuum bagging, culminating in a product of the best quality.
Combining strong and lightweight carbon fiber composites with 10mm aircraft–grade aluminum pedestals, the GTC Series airfoils have been designed in detail, featuring a matte black powder coating.
