Focus ST250 Engine Forging Kit. At Dreamscience, We believe that Engine reliability should always be considered before making any attempts at tuning your engine close to any mechanical limit. We always advise our customers to consider forging as soon as they can. The advantage of forging your ST is that; you can also push your car further, in the terms of more Engine modifications and more demanding software.
If your not running, our map but wish to have your engine forged, a discount will be applied if you wish to upgrade to our software.
The Ford Focus S250 Standard internals are inherently weak and can fail at any time when tuned or untuned. This is why the team at Dreamscience have put a package together to avoid this failure occurring.

Wiseco Piston Specification.
Highly boosted, direct injection engines, such as GM’s LNF 2.0 require strict adherence to the original dome and bowl design to maintain proper combustion characteristics. Wiseco’s new K635 series piston is the only forged piston utilizing special form tooling for the correctly shaped dome and bowl design. Coupled with Wiseco’s brush dome deburring, Nitrde steel XX rings, skirt coatings, and extra stout 5mm wall thickness pins (offset like the OE for noise reduction), this is the only forged piston with the technology needed to properly compliment D.I.

All Wiseco Sport Compact kits come with 1mm x 1.2mm x 2.8mm XX ring sets. These rings have a stainless steel gas nitride top ring, cast iron Napier hook second ring, and flex-vent oil ring with gas nitride scraper rails.
The piston pins and corresponding clips are also included. All pistons have ArmorGlide™ skirt coating for improved wear and friction reduction.
This piston is a direct replacement for the standard part, and maintains many of the standard dimensions.

Our Experienced Techs will take good care of your ST whilst it is with us. We Follow a strict procedure for each job to ensure a high level of quality is delivered.
This Procedure is below:
– Protect Vehicle Steering wheel with Cover.
– Protect Seats with Cover.
– Pre-work test Drive to fault find before we carry out work.
– Pull in, lift and Strip Vehicle.
– Book out parts and Fit.
– Rebuild
– Road test, check over.
– Final Clean down and Handover.
