We can only accept areturn within 14 days of delivery, if the product is in its original conditionincluding protective film still on. A refund will be processed excludingshipping costs.
All products arrive with a protective film, this is a very thin plastic vacuumsealed around the product to avoid the item sustaining any damage. Once removedyou will notice the product does not have any scuffs or scratches.
