Suspension Secrets Porsche 911 992 GT3/GT2 (Including RS Models) Front Camber Blocks
Our front camber blocks allow you to increase the negative camber of your 992 GT3 beyond the limited standard camber adjustment. We have spent a lot of time working with the 992 chassis and discovered quickly that the standard camber adjustment offered on the front wheels is not enough if you intend to use your 992 out on track. Therefore, we developed our own solution in house to increase front negative camber up to -3.6 degrees or less to increase tyre life and drastically improve grip levels. The camber blocks are also incredibly easy to install. Once the wheels have been removed, simply loosen two bolts and remove the existing Porsche camber block with our improved one.
Negative camber is a very important aspect to consider when looking to boost the handling performance of your car when on track. When insufficient negative camber is present on the front axle of a car, there is not enough tyre in contact with the ground through the corner. The correct amount of negative camber ensures that the full width of the tyre is in use through the corner, increasing cornering grip substantially. Our Front Camber Blocks are also a good upgrade for improving front tyre life. The standard Porsche geometry settings do the tyres no favours (particularly on track) and wear down the outside edge of the tyre heavily. The increased negative camber given by our front camber blocks distributes the weight of the car across the entire body of the tyre, and as a result the wear is far more evenly distributed. This substantially increases the lifespan of your front tyres, meaning fewer tyre changes between trackdays
What makes our Porsche 911 GT3 (992) Front Camber Blocks unique?
Our Suspension Secrets Porsche 911 GT3 (992) Front Camber Blocks are CNC-machined from lightweight aircraft-grade billet aluminium. This aluminium is extremely strong and light which makes it ideal for high-performance applications. Our Porsche Front Camber Blocks are the only way to increase the negative camber on the front axle of your 992 GT3 past the standard adjustment range offered by the eccentric adjustment bolt. Increased negative camber is essential for improving the handling of your Porsche on circuit, as it greatly improves both driver feel and cornering capabilities by helping to distribute cornering forces more evenly across the tyre. The Suspension Secrets Porsche 911 GT3 (992) Front Camber Blocks are manufactured in the UK, and have been designed to resemble Porsche original parts exactly, helping to retain the stock look of your Porsche, whilst also greatly improving its cornering performance.
