Our solution to increasing the intercooler’s size and performance is based upon our stepped-core design to make the the most of the limited space available behind the bumper. The core steps from 110mm to 70mm and in doing so offers a huge 64% increase in overall capacity in comparison to the original intercooler. It also offers a 30% increase in frontal area over standard, which allows it to make the very most of the air flow.
